Group fitness classes announced
The fitness center has announced the schedule of group fitness classes for the fall 2010 semester. Classes, which begin on Tuesday, September 7, are free to students, faculty, staff, and alumni with a Penn State ID card.
Monday: Spin, 1-2 p.m.
Tuesday: Zumba, 12:30-1:30 p.m.
Wednesday: Pilates Core, 1:30-2:30 p.m.
Thursday: Zumba, 12:30-1:30 p.m.
Friday: Yoga, 1-2 p.m.
