Sign-ups for new fitness center classes begin
The new fitness center at the Penn State Lehigh Valley campus in Center Valley will officially open on March 22. The facility will offer cardio and weight room equipment as well as a room for group fitness and aerobics classes. Fitness center hours are Monday-Thursday, 8 a.m.-9 p.m.; Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.; and Saturday, 8 a.m.-noon.
Use of the fitness center is free to those with a Penn State i.d. card. There is a charge for group fitness programs, which include yoga, C.L.I.M.B., Zumba, Body Sculpt, Pilates, and spinning. Complete class descriptions and times can be viewed at www.lv.psu.edu/athletics.

2 programs - $15 ($1.07/session)
3 programs - $20 ($0.95/session)
4 programs - $25 ($0.89/session)
5 programs - $30 ($0.85/session)
6 programs - $35 ($0.83/session)
